At Hattaché Beauty & Lifestyle Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, certain personal care items may be ineligible for return once the safety seal is broken.

Return Process

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
